What types of Laptops / PCs do you repair?

Our technicians are able to repair almost all laptops and PCs available on the market. We provide free no obligation quotes before any work is performed.

I tried repairing my laptop / PC myself, can I still bring it in for repair or diagnostic?

This is not a problem, please contact us to arrange a technician visit or pop into our offices anytime.

I have multiple issues with my laptop / PC, can I get a deal on multiple repairs?

Yes, when we quote for any work we perform, we take into account any work where time can be saved by performing them whilst we have a machine open etc.. and a discount is applied.

Can you collect my laptop / PC from my location?

One of our technicians can come to your location and either pickup your device or is applicable perform an onsite repair/upgrade.

What should I include when bringing my machine to you?

We only need your device, do not include accessories, the original packaging as this will only increase shipping cost. We will also require you password/passcode to access and test the machine.
