How long will my laptop / PC repair be?
If you are visiting our office most small repairs and upgrades are performed on the day or if special parts are required we will notify you of the lead time required to acquire the parts. If your repair is urgent you can request our express service for an additional fee, which will move your repair to the top of the queue.
Will I lose any of my data?
Web N’ Tech Newcastle repair technicians have a stringent backup procedure that is followed on all recovery / repairs. Through this process, we endeavour to retain 100% of your data, we will only remove data that is required to complete the repair. If your data is particularly important please do let us know when you bring in your machine.
What kind of parts do you use for repairs?
